Greetings Step into the vibrant chapters of my professional journey! I'm Andres Gamba, inviting you to explore the narrative that has shaped my diverse career. With a foundation in Digital Animation from Universidad Veritas and comprehensive studies in Sports Management through CIES-FIFA, my trajectory is marked by achievement. As a Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellow, I not only won a business pitch competition, earning a seat at President Barack Obama's last international speech in Lima, Peru, but also showcased a commitment to innovation and excellence. My career spans from excelling as a Customer Service Agent turned Account Trainer at Sykes, training teams across Costa Rica and El Salvador, to founding and leading Elegi Tu Deporte, the national sports network of Costa Rica. Noteworthy experiences include organizing the ISA World Surfing Games in 2016, establishing a beer distribution system that led to the founding of my own brewery and restaurant—the Monteverde Brewing Company. Navigating through the challenges of COVID-19, I steered the business with resilience and creativity. I am not just an entrepreneur; I am a value creator.
